We are hiring Accountant for our client at Malakpet,Hyderabad location who is into Gems Trader.
 

Location :  Malakpet,Hyderabad

Position: Accounts Executive

CTC: 2.4 L 3.6 L (20K to 30K per month)

Gender : Female candidates Only

Qualification : B. Com, M. Com, MBA Finance, Accounting experience.

Age : 22-32 years

Marks : 80% + (throughout academics)

Experience: 0 to 6 yrs

Must have basic Accounts & GST knowledge, should be confident in communicating in English language, Must have Permanent residence in Hyderabad (Hostellers/PG not preferred).

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to perform daily accounting tasks. Accounts Executive

responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Billing & Invoicing
  • Payables Management
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Petty Cash Management
  • Debit Note/Credit Note
  • Customer Correspondence
  • Accounts Finalization
  • Expert of Advanced MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Smart, Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding and Implementing current new Laws,
  • Prepare, Pay, Upload TDS, TCS, GST

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Work Location: Near Malakapet, Hyderabad
  • Working days: 6 days (Sunday week off)
  • Work timings: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu
  • The employee has to manage GST filling , office assistant , excel data management , letter writing , internet surfing ,handling call , etc.
  • Should be a Responsible staff , team cooperative, workaholic.
