Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  4. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  5. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions & manage and resolve customer complaints.
  6. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  7. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  9. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  10. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  11. Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
  12. Recognize, document, and alert the management of trends in customer queries
  13. Research, identify, and resolve customer queries using relevant information tools
  14. Follow up with customers on unresolved queries when necessary

Requirements:

  1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative - Minimum 1 Year experience in customer service or fresher
  2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  4. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
    1. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
