Location: Sec 126 Noida
Preference- Only females.
- Provides live and non-live support to both inbound and outbound customer support calls, emails, and live chat
- • Resolves customer questions around order status, product inquiries, technical queries, and other questions.
- Utilizes administrative tools to assist in the analysis of technical issues reported by customers • Troubleshoots and resolves customer-reported issues related to the system requirements . Learning's digital solutions including but not limited to operating systems, browsers, plugins, internet connectivity, etc.
- Identifies issues with digital solutions that require additional assistance and escalates appropriately
- Identifies customer concerns or requests for improvement and escalates appropriately.
- • Fully and accurately documents customer interactions using a ticketing system, escalating questions to the right teams, and ensuring service levels are met by responding to customers in a timely manner
- Provides clear and accurate directions to customers in writing as required.
